HFX.today gathers publicly available Halifax information — news, events, jobs, transit, waste collection, weather, deals and city services — into one place and links you back to the original source.
We are a signpost, not the authority. For anything that actually matters — a bus you need to catch, a bin you need to put out, a job deadline, a legal right — go to the official source we link to and confirm it there.
Accuracy, and its limits
We work hard to keep this site accurate and we remove things we know to be stale. But information changes constantly and without warning. Bus routes change. Events get cancelled. Deals expire. Job postings close.
We therefore make no warranty that any information here is current, complete or error-free. Where a page shows a typical pattern rather than live data, it says so plainly — we do not dress an estimate up as a live feed.
